Royal 4's eWISE/ Web/Browser

The eWISE web browser from Royal 4 gives your company a web portal that allows customers and other users access real-time Information within your organization. The eWISE system utilizes secure login technology that can be maintained by your web administrators. The following is a partial list of available views and remote administration options:

Shipping Quoting - When coupled with the Royal 4 TMS system eWISE can allow a customer to get a rate quote. The rates can be structured to specific parameters that you define.

Document Printing - Any document (report, B.O.L., Invoice etc...) that you allow to be viewed can be printed out by the customer on their local printer.

Shipment Tracking - Customers can login and see the most recent tracking information available for all their shipments. They can either see a summary of all current shipments or view the details for each specific shipment.

Custom Views - eWISE can be configured to provide virtually any view or function that is needed by your organization. Your Royal 4 engineers can provide this programming as part of the initial project or add it at a later time as needed.

The Company:
Claxton Cold Storage, LLC, is a Public Refrigerated Warehouse in Claxton, Georgia. Claxton services primarily the poultry cold storage marketplace with major customers like Tyson Foods.

The Problem:
Before implementing the W.I.S.E. solution, Claxton was unable to effectively manage the inventory and unique billing scenarios for many different customers. Claxton also needed to give each customer the ability to view their own inventory via the web 24 hours per day, 7 days per week which they could not do.
