The Problem: The critical problems facing Leatherman were two-way integration with existing ERP software, a full-service solution addressing all facets of warehouse operations, timely compliance with customer specific labeling and electronic transaction requirements (EDI), and the proper customer specific documentation for their parcel carriers. They also lacked informative system generated reports at all levels.
