Ricardo Rios – Ricardo is the vice president at West Coast Cold Storage and brings more than 12 years Logistics and Cold Storage experience to West Coast Cold Storage. Along with WCSS’s CEO Kevin Sacalas, Ricardo’s experience helped in the evaluation of the then current available systems and eventual execution of both the WISE WMS and R4 Yard
Management/Dock Scheduling systems at WCCS. Since Ricardo joined West Coast Cold Storage the company has become one of the highest rated providers of cold storage solutions in the Southern California marketplace.

Kiara Perez – Kiara is the Office Manager at West Coast Cold Storage, where she plays a key leadership role in managing the administrative team, the Safe Quality Food department, and the shipping and receiving office staff. Kiara ensures day-to-day operations run efficiently and in full compliance with food safety and logistics standards. In addition to her internal responsibilities, Kiara also works directly with customers through the WMS Wise system—managing inventory, resolving inquiries, and ensuring accurate, real-time communication between the company and its valued clients.
