Steve Morgan – TOYO Tires – Selects WISE WMS Software

Steve Morgan is the General Manager for TOYO Tires. Steve was tasked with researching and ultimately finding the right solution to manage both their 900,000 SF’ facility in California, and their over one million SF’ facility in Georgia. They needed to minimize waste and gain better control of their internal processes including distribution, tighter inventory control and increased productivity. They also required the WMS to integrate seamlessly to their SAP ERP system, and offer an RF solution for inventory receiving, put-away, cross-docking, tire location in the warehouse, picking, shipping, tire aging alerts, outbound documentation and more. After researching the available systems, Steve decided to recommend the WISE Tire Warehouse Manager software from Royal 4. For this achievement Royal 4 Systems is pleased to induct Steve Morgan into our exclusive coalition known as the WISE leaders program.
Quote from Steve Morgan:
“We had many options to choose from when deciding on a warehouse management system. Royal 4 systems engineers listened to our operations staff and were able to configure the WISE system to meet our challenging business environment. Since the initial implementation, We have gone from around a 90% inventory accuracy range to consistently being above 99.5% with WISE. In fact, Toyo has experienced several consecutive months with 100% accuracy on Receiving, Inventory & Shipping. We have seen improvement in other areas of our business as well. The WISE system tracks tires from the moment they are received; directing the put-away process to best utilize available space, and directing pickers to strategic retrieval locations. This results in making staging and loading tires more efficient and accurate. The WISE system seamlessly integrates with Toyo’s SAP system in real time, increasing efficiencies and reducing data entry errors. I and our technical team will highly recommend the WISE Tire Warehouse Manager system to any tire distributor needing to modernize their warehouse”.
